FAQ : WATER QUALITY DIVISION

1. Who will provide the preservatives needed for preserving water samples?

All preservatives that will be used for sample preservation are provided by the customer themselves. For the type of preservative required, can be referred to the Sample Delivery Guideline Book uploaded to the official website of the Department of Chemistry Malaysia.

2. Will there be a charge for complaint/investigation sample(s)? Do you charge for samples under complaint investigation case?

Complaint/investigation sample(s) will NOT be charged. However, the customer must submit a formal application to inform about the sample and payment exemption application via e-mail or Letter to the Senior Director of SEKITARAN and Director of Water Quality Division before sending the sample(s).
