Each set of tender documents may be obtained from the Finance Unit, Ground Floor, Bangunan Utama, Jabatan Kimia Malaysia on payment of a non- refundable documentation fee of RM 50.00 in the form of a postal order, money order, or bank draft drawn on any bank registered in Malaysia and crossed in favour of the Ketua Pengarah, Jabatan Kimia Malaysia . Eligible bidders interested in purchasing the tender documents are required to bring along with them the original registration certificates from the Government Procurement Management Division, Ministry of Finance.

All tenders must reach the Finance Unit, Ground Floor, Bangunan Utama, Jabatan Kimia Malaysia , Jalan Sultan , 46661 Petaling Jaya, Selangor not later than 12.00 noon on 20 June, 2008
